Passenger lands plane without pilot

Orlando, Florida (CNN) - "These people saved my family from an almost certain fiery death."

Doug White speaks highly of the air traffic controllers and flight instructor who helped talk him through landing a plane last year after the pilot died.

He and his family finally met the team last week, after they received the highest honor from the National Air Traffic Controllers Association at a ceremony in Orlando, Florida.

In April 2009, White, 56, and his wife and their two daughters were returning to Louisiana after attending a funeral for White's brother. Less than 10 minutes after their private chartered plane took off from Marco Island, Florida, the unexpected happened.

"I've got to declare an emergency. My pilot's deceased. I need help," White told the control tower. He had seized the radio after the pilot had fallen unconscious. "I need to get this on the ground. I'm flyin' a King Air."

Brother of militia member speaks out

New developments in the case of the militia members charged with plotting to kill police officers as part of an anti-government uprising.

"The Wall Street Journal" reports the FBI had an undercover agent working on its case against the Hutaree. The self-described Christian warriors allegedly planned to murder one police officer in order to draw even more officers to a funeral, where they would be attacked with improvised explosive devices.

JOHN ROBERTS: Mr. Stone, thanks for being with us.

What was this group all about? And the charges against your brother are rather serious. Tell us a little bit about him.

RANDALL STONE, BROTHER OF HUTAREE LEADER: Well, what do you want to know?

ROBERTS: Well, what sort of a fellow was he? And is he everything that the district attorney is alleging he was?

I have read the indictment online.

I haven't had any contact with my family, other than my dad, and which really surprised me in a way, because I figured that at least more than one of them would have called me and let me know what was going on. And here I am way down here in Texas, you know, and...

(CROSSTALK)

ROBERTS: Now, the last time you saw your brother - sorry - was when?

STONE: Christmas. I saw him for maybe 10, 15 minutes.

ROBERTS: Right. Did you have any kind of an inkling that any of what the DA is alleging was going on in his mind?

Tokyo, Japan (CNN) - The game begins with a teenage girl on a subway platform. She notices you are looking at her and asks, "Can I help you with something?"

That is when you, the player, can choose your method of assault.

With the click of your mouse, you can grope her and lift her skirt. Then you can follow her aboard the train, assaulting her sister and her mother.

As you continue to play, "friends" join in and in a series of graphic, interactive scenes, you can corner the women, rape them again and again.

9 teens charged in western Massachusetts suicide

By the CNN Wire Staff

(CNN) - Nine Massachusetts teenagers have been charged with involvement in a months-long campaign of bullying that led to the suicide in January of a 15-year-old girl, a prosecutor said Monday.

Phoebe Prince's body was found hanging in the stairway leading to her family's second-floor apartment in South Hadley, Northwestern District Attorney Elizabeth D. Scheibel told reporters in the western Massachusetts town of Northampton.

"It appears that Phoebe's death on January 14 followed a torturous day for her when she was subjected to verbal harassment and physical abuse," she said.

Phoebe Prince, 15, commited suicide after being bullied by classmates.

Earlier in the day, Prince had been harassed as she studied in the library at South Hadley High School, apparently in the presence of a faculty member and several students, none of whom reported it until after the death, Scheibel said.

Prince, who had recently moved to the area with her family from Ireland, was also harassed as she walked through the halls of the school that day and as she walked on the street toward her home, Scheibel said.

The harassment, by one male and two females, "appears to have been motivated by the group's displeasure with Phoebe's brief dating relationship with a male student that had ended six weeks earlier," she said.

But that day's events were not isolated; they "were the culmination of a nearly three-month campaign of verbally abusive, assaultive behavior and threats of physical harm toward Phoebe on school grounds by several South Hadley students," Scheibel added.
